Sani Coupling Terms, Conditions and Privacy Guidelines
Guideline Acceptance:
All prospective members must endorse our guidelines as part of the admission process. These guidelines are vital to align expectations with our services and ensure a harmonious experience.
Privacy and Information Handling:
Your personal data is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is inaccessible to fellow members. We use this information solely to understand the preferences and needs of our members. Note: If two members express mutual interest following our events, we'll facilitate their connection. In such cases, personal information like name, phone number /e-mail will be shared between the respective members. Submissions are stored in Squarespace form storage and copied to our Sani Coupling company Drive. Individual photos are stored in our company drive through Dropbox. When a member want to opt out (not be a member anymore), we delete data from Squarespace, including form details and photos. Depending on capacity, there may be a waitinglist in order to be approved as a Sani Coupling member. Applications in such cases that are on a waitingslist will be stored for maximum 6 months. After that all information will be deleted.
Membership Terms and Conditions:
Membership acceptance fee: As of now, approved members will pay a one-time fee as part of their membership acceptance, unless something else is specified. This fee must be paid in order to become an official member.
Membership Term: As per now we do not operate with a fixed term. This means no commitment in terms of when an approved member want to opt out. Please notify us 14 days in advance due to event planning, etc.
Events and Invitations: To participate in our events, members can secure a spot by following the unique link provided by Sani Coupling. Please note that events are exclusively reserved for Sani Coupling members, and the link must not be shared with anyone else. Invitations are extended to members on a selective basis. Each Event is invitation-only, and not all members will receive Invitations to every Event. In the event of any changes or cancellations necessary from our side, we will promptly notify members who have successfully reserved their spots. Please be aware that if a member fails to respond to an event invitation on two occasions without indicating their attendance status, their membership may be subject to revocation.
Event Fees: Each event is accompanied by a specified fee, which can be seen when claiming your spot at the event. Payment of the event fee is a prerequisite for attendance and may vary from one event to another.
Membership Cancellation: You can opt out at any time with a minimum of 14 days' notice. This does not guarantee an automatic approval should you want to apply again later.
Additional Expenses: At events, you may have opportunities to purchase food, drinks, etc. These expenses are separate from the event fee.
Refund Policy: To be eligible for a refund of the event-fee, please cancel your attendance no later than 72 hours before the scheduled event. We kindly request that you arrive promptly, as late arrivals do not qualify for refunds. If sudden unforeseen circumstances prevent your attendance or you anticipate being later than 20 minutes after the event starts, we still appreciate that you inform us so that we can make necessary re-arrangements. Your understanding and timely communication are greatly appreciated. Please be aware that after two instances of late cancellations or no-shows, your membership will be subject to revocation. Please note that for memberships that are revoked, refunds will not be provided initiation fees, event-ticket or membership dues.
Termination by Sani Coupling: We reserve the right to terminate your approved membership at any time, immediately, at our discretion, in case of a breach of Conditions or Sani Coupling Community Rules.
Guests: Members are not authorized to bring guests to events unless specified in the invitation / event description that you receive by email.
Sani Coupling Community Rules:
Behavioral Expectations: Excessive intoxication during events is not endorsed. We disclaim responsibility for members' actions during or outside our gatherings. Membership privileges may be revoked for unacceptable behavior.
Confidentiality: Maintain the privacy of all confidential information, whether from the Company or fellow Sani Coupling members. Unauthorized disclosure or use is a breach of these term.
Promotion: Use of Company images, illustrations, or graphics for commercial advertising requires written consent. However, feel free to mention your Sani Coupling membership on personal social media, blogs, or for non-commercial purposes.
Avoiding Harmful Statements: During and after your Membership Term, refrain from making harmful, untrue, or disrespectful statements about the Company, its team, services, products, or fellow members to any third party, except when required by law.
In instances where members communicates a "mutual interest" which is communicated by Sani Coupling following an event, it is expected that our members actively engage with open communication towards their matches. Sani Coupling does not assume responsibility for the outcomes subsequent to the event, including whether members proceed to arrange a date or not.
Membership Approval Guidelines:
We approve individuals for membership after in-person or digital interactions to understand their motivations and needs better.
In the approval process, if a potential member is invited to a virtual meeting, attendance is expected. Failure to attend or forgetting the meeting does not automatically grant the right to reschedule. Thank you for your understanding.
Potential members must schedule and complete their interview within four weeks of the initial invitation. Scheduling beyond this timeframe does not guarantee continued eligibility. This ensures timely processing and consideration within our service.
Membership Approval Standards: Our approval is reserved for individuals in whom we have unwavering confidence and can wholeheartedly introduce to the wider community.
Realistic Expectations: Membership is not granted to those with excessively demanding or unrealistic expectations. Prospective members should understand the importance of in-person relationships and that we cannot do the work for them.
Doubt Criteria: We exercise discretion during the approval process and avoid granting membership when uncertainties arise. Caution takes precedence over granting membership in doubtful situations
Application Review Process: Please note that we review applications on a first-come, first-served basis. In case of limited capacity and high demand, a waiting period may be expected. We appreciate your patience in such instances.
Other:
Valuables and Personal Belongings: Sani Coupling is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to your personal property during events.
Communications and Partnerships: As a member, you will receive community emails. The Company may send service updates, fee changes, and other notices via email to the address you provided. Please notify the Company of any changes to your contact information.
